What a beautiful place! The stunning garden with fruit trees and the breathtaking view made for the perfect backdrop to our city break. The cozy barn was tastefully decorated and had all the amenities we needed, including a TV with Sky for those rainy days. The roll top bath was a luxurious touch that we absolutely loved. Plus, the hosts were incredibly helpful and provided detailed instructions and directions, making it easy for us to find the property and get settled in.
While our overall experience was great, there were a few minor downsides. The property could have been cleaner, as there was noticeable dust throughout and spiderwebs in various areas.

I always stay at this amazing place. The staff are so helpful, they even gave me a bottle of water at night. It has everything I need - free Wi-Fi, parking, and a flat-screen TV. Perfect for a weekend getaway.

The bathroom was awesome! The shower was so refreshing, it felt like a waterfall. I loved starting my day with a nice hot shower. As a young holiday goer, this is exactly what I needed to feel energized and ready to explore.
Personally, I found the shower a bit small. But hey, I understand that some people might prefer a cozy shower experience.

Aysgarth Falls, just 6.1 km from the property, was a delightful sight to behold. The cascading waterfalls were a natural wonder, reminiscent of a real-life fairy tale. It was a magical experience being so close to such beauty.
No welcome pack option.

We had a fantastic stay at Prospect Barn in the charming village of West Witton. The location was absolutely breathtaking, with a beautiful garden and stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The barn itself was tastefully converted and spacious, providing us with all the comfort and amenities we needed for a pleasant stay. We especially enjoyed the roll top bath which added a touch of luxury to our experience. The property was also well-equipped, with a TV offering Sky channels and even a dishwasher to make our holiday more convenient.
Although our stay was mostly enjoyable, we did encounter a few minor drawbacks. the property is located in a remote area where the local shop has extremely limited opening hours.
